人人有船开 Faster Navy Construction
建设海军太贵太慢？ai舰船太少不够打？通过本mod实现人人有船开。
为全部国家(包括玩家)添加一个强力海军buff，削减舰船造价，降低油耗，降低海军基地造价，同时提升船坞产出，资源获取，加快修理速度，提高海战分，改进交战风险判定，每条生产线最多同时使用150船坞造船。
海战中航母8艘以上才有惩罚，降低屏卫需求，由原版至少4CV4BBBC24DDCL，改变为8CV4BBBC24DDCL。
Navy production is too expensive and too slow,ai ships are not enough to play,by this mod, everyone can have a ship.
A strong navy buff will be added to all countries(including player),reduce ship costs,reduce fuel consumption,reduce naval base costs,increase dockyard capacity,improve resource acquisition,and speed up repair speed,inhance navy war score,improve aggression settings,each production line can use up to 150 dockyard.
8+ carriers brings the penalty in combat,reduce full screen require,the original full screen at least require 4CV4BBBC24DDCL,change to 8CV4BBBC24DDCL.
