OWB: UTCM Addon – The Nu Blu Flu
…while a neat little bit of content, is a mixed bag to say the least. You either get endgame weapons or a minor aircraft research buff, and if you enabled a Major Event in the gamerules you aren’t even guaranteed to have it happen in that game; and even if you select BOTH Area 51 options, only one can appear.
Also, why are people who’ve never heard of a bandage able to cure the plague? Surely the bane of Pre-War America is far deadlier than what we’ve seen, right?
This mod addresses this (minor) bunch of issues I’ve had with Area 51. Now, if you have the appropriate gamerule active, you’ll accidentally open the BioLab first, which has a very, VERY long cure research period, though it goes by faster the more medical technologies you have and if the Followers are in your nation you can beg them for help, at a cost.
After picking yourself back up lies the rest of Area 51, where you’ll find the normal table of Aircraft, Plasma guns, Gauss guns, or-
-reveal an angry Zetan who you’ve woken up, which is also a 100% chance should you have that gamerule on too. Though, if you’ve gotten through the Zetan’s invasion and reconquered Area 51, you’ll have the ENTIRE bounty and more of Area 51 ready and waiting as a reward for all your trouble.

tl;dr:
-if you have the New Plague enabled, it’s guaranteed to proc and you deal with it before stage 2, and if not it won’t happen and you go to Stage 2
-if you have Keen enabled, he’s guaranteed to proc and you go to stage 3, and if not you get one of the three vanilla results (Vanilla Ending)
-If you have beaten Keen, you can loot his treasures and get All three rewards and Vertibird tech
