Leader’s Perks (Unofficial)
An unofficial bugfix update (with permission) of Kiiltwearer4’s Old World Blues (OWB) mod. Please do not use both files at the same time

Being solely intended to be a "Code Fix"/proofreading mod, to respect the original work I have touched none of the (working) effects of the perks themselves, but rather fixed various bugs, added localization where it was missing, and added a self-remove to the two categories upon completion, so changing the traits by buffing or debuffing any effect is not within this mod’s intended scope.
What this mod changes:
-Unfinished Hoarder code implemented
-Cowboy’s progression has been fixed to go to level V instead of looping back to level I forever
-minor Medic formatting fixes
-English Localization proofreading and changes
-If you manage to get every perk in a category (something far easier for the implants) the categories self-hide, decluttering the Decision menu
