Basic Background:
Scott Jackson was an ordinary guy until one day he was tasked as overseer of Vault 102,
Vault 102 had assigned a group of ex-government scientists to experiment on human genemorphing
That was until Scott had the chemicals spilled onto him quickly destroying his skin and hair turning him into
a husk of his former self, every day since then he had hid his decrepit face from everyone until one day west his closest friend he had conformed everything to, took off his mask and showed everyone in the vault scotts ghoulified face, most people hated scott after so, and the incident was revealed to everyone and the lab was shutdown until one day the less sentient genemorphs broke free and killed every single person in the vault except for 6 and ever since those genemorhs massacred everyone, Scott pledged to never do the horrible things He had done as overseer ever again and begun going by the name "The Saint" The only people who knew his actual name were of course the 5 other survivors who came from the vault with him, Rebecca And Maxwell Addams, Maxwell was the former head of security along with his sister who was deputy head, Kiers who was the former head of maintenance, West You already know,
And Vincent who was scotts Nephew who had gotten into the vault after Scott requested so after Vincents mother had passed away days prior, They were cryogenically frozen until 2274, Only scott being not as head of the research team and overseer,
The saint starts a refuge camp for anyone in need to pay off his own sins and regrets of his past days in the vault
