OWB – S.P.E.C.I.A.L Leaders
Have you gotten bored of painting the wasteland map, do you wish your leader would be a little more special. Well look no further for I’m here to deliver yet another leader perk mod.
Features:
Experience point system to limit growth and force you to pick your priorities(Can be disabled in gamerules but doesn’t have all perks yet)
Each level invested into the core special stats increases it’s buff and allows you to unlock a perk from a list of choices(Currently 2 Per Level)
It wasn’t until I was halfway done with the mod that I realized how lame most fallout 4 perks are but I will be working on adding other perks from different games. If you have any perks that you think might be a good idea or feel like a certain perk should have a different stat bonus feel free to let me know in the comments.
