Motorcycle Infantry + Helicopter Infantry

This mod adds Helicopter Infantry Battalions and Motorcycle Infantry Battalions.
I created this mod because it’s a bit disappointing that there aren’t many practical uses for helicopters or motorcycles even after completing their special projects.
The Helicopter Infantry Battalion has stats similar to the Mechanized Infantry Battalion. However, while Mechanized Infantry focuses on offensive capabilities, the Helicopter Infantry prioritizes mobility. It offers improved movement across most terrain types but suffers reduced defense in certain environments.
Additionally, please note that Helicopter Infantry Battalions count toward the special forces cap, so use them strategically.
