Historical Iranian Name Mod 1.0.0
– HOI4 version: 1.16.* Compatible (May be available for legacy versions)
– This mod fixes vanilla persian/iranian names into historically accurate or gramatically correct name.

1. Examples

1.1 Air
– Dastebandi Sahrbani / Daste Barangixtan -> Gordân-e Shekâri (Fighter Wing or Squadron)
– Daste Barbari Hava -> Gordân-e Tarâbari (Airlift Wing or Squadron)

1.2 Army
– 123. Dastebandi Sarbaze Piyade -> Lashkar 123 Piyâdeh (Infantry Division)
– 123. Baxs Chatrbaz Hava -> Lashkar 123 Havâbord (Airborne Division)

1.3 Navy
– Besat -> Be’sat (wrote ayin as apostrophe to separate pronounciation)
– Artemiz -> Ârtemis (wrote A-circumflex to show alef maddah)

2. Features

2.1 Current Features
– Historical/Correct army dIvision names and naming rule (include IRGC dIvisions’)
– Correct name for Air WIngs
– Historical ship names (include IRIS ships’)
– (Optional) More reasonable national flags (remove mod’s /gfx folders to deactivate)

2.2 Planned Feature
– Add historical air wings naming rule (ex – Gordân 123 Shekâri)
