装备回收 – Equipment Recycle
此MOD添加了决议和控制台指令，可回收库存中的装备（优先过时装备）。装备将从库存中销毁，获得对应类型装备的评估价值（基于基础价值，稍低于市场价值）*销毁数量的经济产能盈余。
此MOD处理装备的方式为从库存中删除，不会出售/租借/发送给其他国家，不会有其他国家获得这些装备。
此MOD几乎可以清理所有类型的装备，包括变种装备和特殊项目装备。
This mod adds decision and console command to recycle equipment from the stockpile (prioritizing outdated equipment). Equipment will be destroyed from the stockpile, and you will gain economic capacity surplus based on the evaluated value of the equipment type (based on base value, slightly lower than market value) multiplied by the quantity destroyed.
This mod handles equipment by deleting it directly from the stockpile. Equipment is not sold, leased, or sent to other countries, no other country will receive the equipment.
This mod can clean up almost all types of equipment, including variant equipment and special project equipment.
目前的功能有：
1.回收他国装备。可清理库存中的外国装备。
通过决议，手动回收当前国家库存中所有其他国家的装备。
通过决议，为当前国家开启自动回收他国装备功能。在适当的时候和每月自动回收库存中所有其他国家的装备。
通过决议，为当前国家关闭自动回收他国装备功能。
选择国家，执行控制台指令：bobo_ec_ot，可使其回收库存中所有其他国家的装备。
Currently features:
1.Recycling foreign equipment, allowing you to clean up all foreign equipment in the stockpile.
Via a decision, manually recycle all foreign equipment in the stockpile of the current country.
Via a decision, enable automatic recycling of foreign equipment for the current country. Foreign equipment will be automatically recycled at appropriate times and monthly.
Via a decision, disable automatic recycling of foreign equipment.
Select a country and execute the console command bobo_ec_ot to recycle all foreign equipment in its stockpile.
如果MOD修改了装备类型，则可能不能达到预期的效果。
经过测试的版本：原版。
If other mods modified equipment types, results may not be as expected.
Tested version: Vanilla.
注意：
1.此MOD经济产能盈余对建造速度的加成为100%。
2.部分装备可能无法删除。
3.谨慎使用自动回收他国装备功能。所有外国装备都将被自动删除，包括缴获、购买、租借等方式获得的装备。如果完全不需要外国装备，可开启此功能。
4.不包括运输船、海军舰船、浮动港口等海军装备。
5.如果回收的装备过多（超出上限），数值可能不能正常显示。
Note:
1.This mod provides a 100% bonus to construction speed from economic capacity surplus.
2.Some equipment may not be removable.
3.Use the "Auto-Recycle of Foreign Equipment" feature with caution. All foreign equipment will be automatically deleted, including captured, purchased, and lend-leased equipment. Enable this feature only if you do not need any foreign equipment.
4.Transport ships, naval ships, floating harbors, and other naval equipment are not included.
5.If the amount of recycled equipment exceeds the limit, the displayed values may become inaccurate.
