该模组是千禧黎明：导演剪辑版（Millennium Dawn: Director’s Cut）的作弊修改模组。
通过添加了新的内阁精神来改变原版通胀过高难以消除的情况，分为了-20% -60% -80% -100%的几个档，当然你可以根据自己的意愿来修改mod的本地文件来达到理想的降通胀效果，我已经在文件里声明AI权重无法主动使用该政策，只有玩家可以选择该政策（可能有用），所以无需担心（？）。
如果该模组不生效，你可以通过选择直接将下载下来的本地文件完整地替换到千禧黎明本体的文件。

This is a cheat/tweak sub-mod for Millennium Dawn: Director’s Cut.
It adds a new cabinet spirit that changes the original high-inflation problem, offering tiers of -20%, -60%, -80%, and -100%.
Feel free to edit the local files to reach your desired inflation reduction—I’ve set the AI weight so the AI will never pick it; only human players can select it (potentially useful), so no worries(?).
If the mod doesn’t take effect, simply overwrite the original Millennium Dawn files with the downloaded local ones.
