No Attrition
It should, theoretically, reduce all penalties caused by attrition: training, heat, winter, etc.
It’s applied to all countries. It’s automatically added to them at the start of the game, which means existing saves won’t be changed and you’ll need to start a new one.
Obviously not achievement compatible.
EDIT: I’ve updated the mod to include defines that change the effect of attrition on a bunch of stats, changing them to 0. Hopefully it works properly.
