Hearts of Bleach
Note: Currently on hiatus until the Thousand Year Blood War starts airing
Are you someone who wants to experience something Bleach related while you wait for the Thousand Year Blood War to finally start airing, but don’t feel like re-reading/re-watching the series again? Well, I have a mod for you!
This mod replaces all the unique portraits of the leaders in HOI4 with portraits of Bleach characters – it has all portraits up until Battle for the Bosphorus, and a few portraits from No Step Back (currently working on the rest – be patient!). I’ve chosen to include Ichigo’s (human) friends as well as his family members in the screenshots – but there are plenty of soul reapers, hollows, arrancars, and more characters in the mod. Before anyone asks, this only features characters who have been animated at the moment – however, once the DLC after NSB drops, the anime will probably be under way, so expect a major revamp!
I do know that there’s probably a very small overlap between the Bleach Fandom and the HOI4 playerbase, but I might as well give them something to use while playing the game. And who knows, maybe I’ll get members of one to cross over to the other?
Only requires the base game to function, but you’ll get the most out of it if you have all the DLC. And before you ask, it is Ironman Compatible (I’ve earned a few achievements with it myself).
