Modification of proficiency in theories
Because Paradox foolishly modified the old doctrine into the new one, the doctrine levels of the four branches within the doctrine mastery need to meet different conditions for different types of troops. Now, for the sake of the gaming experience, these different troop conditions have been unified and integrated. As a result, all templates can now contribute to the growth of proficiency levels for the corresponding theories.（You no longer have to worry about not having enough doctrine after the war begins.）
