OptiHOI4 – Intel Enabled Submod

This submod re-enables intelligence agencies while keeping other OptiHOI4 optimizations.

INSTALLATION:
1. Subscribe to the main "OptiHOI4 – Ultimate Performance Optimization" mod
2. Subscribe to this submod
3. Enable BOTH mods in the launcher
4. Make sure this submod loads AFTER the main mod

WARNING:
– Intelligence agencies add significant CPU load
– Late-game performance will be worse than with intel disabled
– Recommended only if you need La Résistance features

================================

このサブModは諜報機関を有効化しつつ、他のOptiHOI4最適化を維持します。

導入方法:
1. メインの「OptiHOI4 – Ultimate Performance Optimization」を購読
2. このサブModを購読
3. ランチャーで両方のModを有効化
4. このサブModがメインModの後に読み込まれるようにする

注意:
– 諜報機関はCPU負荷が大きい
– 後半のパフォーマンスは諜報無効時より悪化
– La Résistance機能が必要な場合のみ推奨
