Do YOU miss regulatory agencies in the Post-Apocalypse? Do YOU wish that you could just hand over responsibility to a bunch of anarchic scientists who have more idealism than sense at times? Do YOU just want to get the Followers to stop nagging you?
Then this is the mod for you, bringing the wasteland to heel and taming the Military-Industrial Complex once and for all with the help of the Followers of the Apocalypse!
First, upon agreement to their Mandate of two Military Factories per state, they will begin by immediately deconstructing all Military Factories above the FoA-regulated two (2) Factories, and designate locations for your construction companies to begin working on FoA-regulation Military Factories. Then they will begin surveying the land for you, zoning lands your clerks had dismissed as worthless and finding new places for FoA-regulation Military Factories if there wasn’t enough space in the land already for them. All the while they will streamline bureaucracy, increase the stability and economy of your lands, and work more closely with your science teams to share their knowledge to the wasteland.
In other words, this mod has a decision that upon being taken automates the production of two Military Factories per state so the Followers of the Apocalypse don’t get mad at you.
You can divest yourself from their leadership at the cost of political power, but this will cause the automation to cease and the Followers won’t trust your government for a time, and you will need to pay a non-currency fine to get back in their good graces.
