The Fire Rises 24 Army Cap + Reduced Building Costs
Tired of the 18 army cap in TFR? Well no more! This mod basically changes it back to the vanillia level of 24!
It also reduces the building costs by around 20-35%ish for most buildings, to make it closer to the vanillia building costs.
Supplyhubs and railroads however got the most reduction.
Also increases the cap of airbases, so now there can be 25 in one state(thats 5000 planes max per state!)
