🏷️ New Raid Type: “Capture Leader Operation”
🏷️ New Raid Category: A dedicated category that targets enemy capitals.

• You must be at war with the target.
• Raid starts from an air base.
• Requires transport planes.
• Requires required raid equipment/battalion (as configured in the raid).

• Limited Success
• Success
• Critical Success

✅ On Limited Success/Success/Critical Success, the target country’s leader may be captured.
❌ On failure, the target country’s your unit performing the raid will be obliterated.

🏷️ Prison Tag: Captured leaders are moved to a dedicated prison country tag:

• Captor info is stored on the captured character for later decision/event management.

• View captured leaders you currently hold.
• Open a per-prisoner unit leader portrait event to manage each prisoner.
