Description:

Made a small mod where the US has a Military Aid Program, where it can support -mostly- democratic countries by providing subsidies for their military procurements from the US.

– China is added as a default, when it’s in war.
– You can improve your relation with a certain country to allow them to access your USMAP.
– Other minors can have access to your program if they increased your opinion of them to high degree.
