Japan Embargo
This mode add the historical embargo against Japan in the Second Sino-Japanese war.
Due to game – not so accuracte -resource distribution and for balance reasons, the embargo event has been extended to include Latin America, Iran and USSR.
The event occurs when -mostly- enough of the historical regions in China are occupied and/or Japan taking control of Indochina.
If some people want it to be strictly historical, I will update it later to include both scenarios.
