Instant Tooltips
Sets tooltip delay to zero.
Sadly not ironman compatible
(because Paradox placed this UI element in a gameplay-related folder for reasons unknown.)
Do you find the one-second tooltip delay as irritating as I do? Do you wanna find out how many days your equipment takes to fill? Do you dislike your text jumping 2 meters upwards when trying to read your unit stats in division designer?
