Added new victory points to the Netherlands, Italia, French, Belgium and Switzerland. Their vp values have been adjusted based on urban population statistics.
Using this mod alongside the USA Victory Points Rework will provide more precise Victory Point locations.
Compatibility: This mod is compatible with mods that do not modify provinces.
