Industrial Powerhouse

A collection of buildings and tweaks that expand and extend the vanilla HoI4 experience.
This version is compatible with Extended Tech Tree 1960.

Rebalance

– Increases number of allowed dockyards for capital ships from 5 to 10.
– Increased number of allowed dockyards for floating harbours from 5 to 10.
– Increases number of allowed military factories for railways guns from 5 to 10.
– Decreased the minimum required number of civilian factories from 10% to 1%.
– Increases maximum number of building slots per state to 64.
– Increases maximum infrastructure level for a state from 5 to 10.

Infrastructure
– state_max: Changed from `5` to `10` (doubled maximum level per state)

Arms Factory
– state_max: Changed from `20` to `64` (increased maximum level per state)

Dockyard
– state_max: Changed from `20` to `64` (increased maximum level per state)

Industrial Complex
– state_max: Changed from `20` to `64` (increased maximum level per state)

Bunker
– province_max: Changed from `10` to `12` (increased maximum per province)

Coastal Bunker
– province_max: Changed from `10` to `12` (increased maximum per province)

Stronghold Network
– state_modifiers – local_supplies_for_controller: Changed from `0.1` to `0.2` (doubled bonus)
– state_modifiers – state_production_speed_bunker_factor: Changed from `0.1` to `0.4` (4x increase)
– state_modifiers – state_production_speed_coastal_bunker_factor: Changed from `0.1` to `0.4` (4x increase)
– state_modifiers – max_dig_in: Added new modifier with value `0.3`
– state_modifiers – dont_lose_dig_in_on_attack: Added new modifier set to `yes`
– state_modifiers – state_repair_speed_bunker_factor: Added new modifier with value `0.5`
– state_modifiers – state_repair_speed_coastal_bunker_factor: Added new modifier with value `0.5`
– Removed `shares_slots = yes` restriction (Now considered a state wide building that doesnt use a slot)

Dam
– base_cost: Increased from `20000` to `40000` (doubled cost)
– is_buildable: Changed from `no` to `yes` (now players can build dams)
– level_cap: Added `state_max = 1` and `group_by = dams` restrictions (Max of 1 dam or mountain dam per state)

Dam Mountain
– level_cap: Added `state_max = 1` and `group_by = dams` restrictions (Max of 1 dam or mountain dam per state)

Air Facility
– infrastructure_construction_effect: Added (allows infrastructure bonus during construction)

Land Facility
– infrastructure_construction_effect: Added (allows infrastructure bonus during construction)

Nuclear Facility
– infrastructure_construction_effect: Added (allows infrastructure bonus during construction)

New Buildings

Propaganda Tower
A facility to reassure our population that the war is going well. Broadcasts national propaganda to boost stability and war support. Increases both weekly stability and war support by 1% each. Maximum one per province.

Military Academy
A complex of buildings where our officers test out new tactics and develop doctrines. Increases planning speed by 10%, gain experience for all branches by 1, maximum command power by 50, and command power gain by 1. Maximum one per province.

Administrative Complex
A complex of offices and ministerium building to increase our political power. Increases political power gain by 0.5. Maximum one per province.

Research Center
Provides advanced research capabilities and scientific support. Increases research speed factor by 5%. Maximum one per province. For every 3 Research Centers you build, you may unlock 1 additional research slot.

Social Complex
A group of buildings designed to help on the home front. Implements social policies and welfare programs to reduce consumer demand. Decreases consumer goods factor by 2%. Maximum one per province.

Construction Industry
Huge steel and concrete factories to boost the construction speed of buildings and infrastructure. Increases production speed for building construction by 2% and industry repair factor by 5%. Maximum one per province.

Dockyard Industry
Huge shipyards to boost the construction speed of naval units. Expands naval construction and repair capabilities. Increases industrial output for dockyards by 10% and repair speed factor by 5%. Maximum one per province.

Military Industry
Huge factories that boost the construction speed of land units and air units. Enhances military equipment production efficiency. Increases industrial output for military factories by 5%. Maximum one per province.
