It’s compatible with nearly all mods. You can use it in singleplayer or multiplayer.
If you are afraid of performance because of the creation of new countries, don’t be afraid, it is performance friendly.
You need to start a new game. And this mod Is only in english.
Also, It is designed to play with UTTH2, although it is not necessary to play with UTTH2 to have a good experience.

1. what does it do ?
The mod mainly consists of an event that caused decolonization, as it happened in real life. There are three variants of the event:
The first is HISTORICAL mode, in which if the Allies win, decolonization will occur and new alliances will be created, just like in real life. It also offers the fragmentation of Yugoslavia and the fragmentation of Korea. The second variant is if the Axis wins alongside Japan: decolonization and alliances will be created in a realistic and different way from the first variant. And also a event that fragments united kingdom.
The second is UN-HISTORICAL mode: decolonization and factions will be implemented in a way that can be compatible with a non-historical game mode.
The third mode: It will disable the decolonization event but you will enjoy the other mechanics.
2. How it works ?
In a historical mode will activate the event when you defeat 1) the block allies ( USA,ENG,FRA) and committern (SOV) and the world tension is lower than 40 %. Or you 2) defeat the block axis ( GER,ITA and JAPAN) and world tension is lower than 40%.
In a un-historical mode will active the event when you reach 1948.01.01 date.
At the start of the game: you need to choose a mode ( extremely important to you need to choose the right one,if you are wrong the mod will not function properly).
You should choose HISTORICAL mode if you are going to do the typical WW II conflict. You can use this mode if you want to play a country that is not within the block I mentioned before, and you want to change the government type and not do the typical playthrough. For example: You play as Canada, make it fascist, and join the Axis. There’s no problem here. You play as the USA and make it fascist and join the axis. This is where the problem arises, and the decolonization event won’t trigger. In this case, you’ll want to choose Unhistorical mode.
You should choose the UN-HISTORICAL mode if you are not going to play the historical playthrough.
You should choose the third mode if you don“t want have the decolonization event but want to enjoy the other mechanics.
3. What happens when the event is active?
The event will primarily be triggered. You’ll see countries gain independence and be created. It will last a month and a half in historical mode and 20/30 days in unhistorical mode. Also during the event you can’t attack other countries (after the event it will return to normal) and some days, time will be quite slow, but it will only be for a few days. After the event, performance will return to normal.
4. Other mechanics
This mod also simulates de-escalation as it would be done in reality, like after ww2 you need to eliminate divisions, change laws, in general a de-escalation (it also affect AI). But also simulates an arms race.
