This mod introduces a new governance mechanism that allows you to establish "Autonomous Regions" in occupied non-core states, eventually integrating them into "Core States with persistent Resistance."

Unlike standard coring, this system provides a more strategic and realistic occupation experience, simulating complex local political tensions and conflicting interests.
The only supported languages ​​are Japanese and English.

【概要】
このMODは非中核州のステートに国単位で自治州を設置し中核州にできるようにするものです。
低い迎合度で中核化できる代わりにレジスタンスと迎合度を持つ中核州です。
一見するとメリットはなさそうなんですが、バニラの非中核州はデフォルトで工場や資源、特に人的資源の利用に非常に重いデバフが入っており、人的資源に至っては2％+迎合度などのボーナス分しか利用できません。
そのため通常の非中核州と違い、現地の人的資源、資源、工場の多くを利用することが可能です。

言語は日本語と英語のみ対応です。
