Pipe’s Puppet Leaders – MD Version
This is a standalone version designed to work with "Millennium Dawn: A Modern Day Mod", you do not need the main version of the mod.
This mod allows a player to appoint a military commander as governor (leader) of their desired puppet.
Some focuses, events, and decisions may have checks for certain leaders and leader names. Use this mod at your discretion since it may prevent certain features from working properly due to the new leader of the puppet. Also, you can’t appoint military commanders that can become the leader of your nation through focuses or events.
This modification only works if you have "Millennium Dawn: A Modern Day Mod" enabled.

This modification is based on a mechanic from Pipe’s Formable Puppets.
