Description:

This is intended to be OWB compatible adding two(2) extra research slots to every nation regardless of AI or player.

Warning: AI will have access to these research slots so expect accelerated research from AI nations as well.

Originally from +2 Research Slots but instead of only giving the player, this will give all countries the two(2) extra research slots. Only applies to countries at start up.

Feel free to let me know if I missed any countries(tags) and I will try to push out a patch to fix it asap.
