Every States Independent Redux
Every States Independent Redux turns Hearts of Iron IV into a large sandbox where almost every state becomes an independent country.
The map becomes fragmented, chaotic, and unpredictable: small nations fight for survival, expansion, and the unification of nearby territories. Both players and AI get more opportunities for unusual campaigns, local wars, and building new powers from scratch.
