Always Naval Invade
You ever annoyed that you can’t just send millions to their death in an ill fated naval invasion that probably won’t even reach the enemy shores? You ever feel that having a slightly larger amount of ships than the enemy is an arbitrary way to stop you from naval invading?
Well this mod kinda fixes that. It allows you to almost always naval invade you need SOME naval supremacy but you no longer need the 50% that you normally would.

*Changes the define NAVAL_SUPREMACY_CAN_INVADE = 0.5 to NAVAL_SUPREMACY_CAN_INVADE = 0.0
*The naval supremacy requirement really is just an arbitrary balancing feature, the AI will rarely catch any naval invaders even with overwhelming supremacy
