OWB – Arroyo Chapter
Arroyo Chapter adds a small extra Neutral branch to the bottom of the focus tree allowing Arroyo to ally the Brotherhood and become a new Brotherhood Chapter.
Also makes some tweaks;
Reducing all 45 day focuses to 30 days.
Stops Shi from declaring war on Eureka and hogging all the warscore by sinking a few boats.
Eureka now automatically becomes your puppet when capitulated.
