Transfer Navy to your Puppets
A mod that allows you to transfer your ships to a puppet/subject of choice that has at least 1 dockyard, choice of puppet and transfer can be done via decisions.
The idea behind it is that if you want to remake your navy/don’t want to bother with it, you can delegate your old ships to a far away puppet.
