Welcome to “A Rock and a Hard Place”
This mod challenges the player as Germany with a unique position of being sandwiched between two superpowers. Both NATO in the West and the Rusoviet in the East have many times the Factories, manpower and starting armies of Germany. Also they guarantee each others independence.
You decide when you want to start a war with them. At the start you have far too few divisions to even defend your borders, so you need to build up, but the longer you wait the more OP your foes become.
Can you find the right time to strike and bring down two superpowers as the underdog?
The mod aims to be somewhere between Endsieg , Ragnarok , and Cold War. It is meant as a challenge for very experienced players. It does edit the German focus tree slightly and add some decisions to integrate German speaking territories.
This is a fork of “A Rock and a Hard Place” created by PreciousPig that adds a few features and updates it to the current version.
