THIS REMOVES THE WEHRMACHT-SS BOP
This Mod adds a Few new Generals.
Rn 96 Wehrmacht Generals and 30 Waffen-SS Generals(7 Extra with Decision)
This Mod Will Expand the General Staff and if CW happens the SS Will Leave.
It will be Expanded every Month
