OWB Technate Expanded
Expands the list of nations who can join the Colorado Technate to include Eagle Rock, Black Canyon, and Summers Federation should they meet the prerequisites.
Expands Lost Hills’ focus tree in dealing with Maxson Expedition, including an option to strike them from the Ledger for the creation of the Colorado Technate.
Adds 2 new ideas for Lost Hills and 2 new events for the council meeting and debate about what to do with Maxson Expedition.
GFX Reused from Lost Hills and Maxson Expedition focus trees, LOC written by hand.
Compatibility:
Probably won’t work with anything that changes the focus tree of Lost Hills, Eagle Rock, Summers Federation, or Black Canyon.
Should work with every other OWB mod then that afaik.
