What does this mod?

This is an alternative version of my !! State Constructions Improved 72 Slot Edition (Not Ironman Compatible) mod. I made this mod because AI is stupid, and whenever I use it, AI builds all the factories into its capital. So, I made this mod to make AI more stable in the building and distribution of the factories.

Basically, you increase your building slots by adding yourself the spirit (which is doing the job) from the decisions tab. AI won’t use this decision.

Compatibility

it is the same as the !!State Constructions Improved 72 Slot Edition (Not Ironman Compatible) mod.

You can use this mod however you like as long as you give me credit in your mod’s description about that usage.
