Sea Warfare Balancing
This Mod makes changes and balances to the Navy / sea warfare.
It is inspired by the naval warfare analysis of Reman’s Paradox:

In general:
Every ship has now a proper purpose. Smaller Ship classes and U-Boats got clearly improved.
Upgrades for ship variants have more impact.
In detail:
– It is possible now to destroy Battleships with a formidable pack of Subs or even Destroyers, due to deadlier Torpedos
– Submarines are generally way more dangerous
– to counter that, destroyers are improved with way more hitpoints and a bit better anti-sub weapons
– light cruisers are a bit more durable and got improved anti-air capabilities
– heavy cruisers are more important now to counter smaller ship classes
– battlecruisers have less armor now, but slightly more hitpoints
– same goes to the battleships, but it is a bit harder for them to hit small ships
– carriers are more vurnerable to even destroyers ore cruisers, so protect them!
– ship- and sub upgrades are 25% more impactful on average, so you can create more interesting variants!
