Expanded Country Flags and Names
This mod’s purpose is to add in new flags for many vanilla HOI4 countries, and also adds in more historically-fitting names for the political parties and country names. This mod is ironman-compatible.
Most of the new flags used in this mod are meant to be more historically accurate (such as for Hungary), to remove duplicate flag designs (as for Slovakia and Poland), to provide more period-accurate flags in the case of alternate history ideologies for nations, or to simply make more aesthetically pleasing versions of flags in Vanilla. New party or country names used in the mod are meant to either be more historically accurate, or to correct major issues with the initial setup. (I.E., the Indian National Congress being in power in the British Raj.)
This mod was originally posted earlier this year, but an error meant that I had to totally re-upload it. I apologize for the confusion.
FEATURES
– Dozens and dozens of new flags for nations and ideologies across the world.
– New or more fitting names for various political parties, such as renaming the democratic party for the British Raj the Indian National Congress.
– Historically accurate or more period-fitting names for various countries.
– A less-awful version of the neutral Nepal flag.
