DFU
*Dükin’s Friends United*
That’s modified version of JFU mod. It brings some changes like:
-Strong optimization (from almost 900MB to 160MB),
-Infrastructure costs 3500 points (less than in JFU but 500 more than in vanilla),
-CCCP doesn’t lose ‘Great Patriotic War’ spirit during the war with Germany,
-Morozov provides -20% medium armor cost instead of -15%,
-Nerfed German submarines,
-Added Polish focus tree,
-NKVD now gives 15% reinforcement rate instead of 30%,
-After fall of tobruk Italy gets 15% defense bonus against UK to defend El Agheila,
-After fall of Bengasi 2x 20width DAK divisions appear in Tripoli,
-Some portraits are changed (for now Hirohito and Franco).
RECOMENDED RULES:
1. Banned countries: Czechoslovakia, Albania,
Switzerland, Ireland, Afghanistan, Turkey and Sweden.
2. Exploits are forbidden (Spain has to have it’s civil war),
3. Before Germany starts WW2, only war that is allowed to be declared is Sino-Japanese war.
4. Molotov-Ribbentrop has to be signed before attack on Poland.
5. Sending volunteers is only alowed to Spain (you mustn’t send them even there as Japan)
6. Rheinland has to be remilitarized before end of 1936 and UK with France have to accept it.
7. Mixing leg infantry and armor is forbidden.
8. Japan mustn’t attack CCCP before 1945.
9. Axis mustn’t send army to Finland.
11. USA mustn’t boost other players with its factories.
12. Japan has to invade China before the end of 1937.
13. Factory deleting is forbidden.
14. USA mustn’t join war with axis before 1942 unless London or Raj has fallen.
15. You must call your puppets at the beginning of the war.
16. Italy has to join the war with allies if Germany invades France or Benelux.
17. CCCP mustn’t grant military acces to anyone.
18. You mustn’t manually set your fleet to ‘do not engage’ mode.
19. Minimal cw is 20 and maximim cw is 60.
20. Spain mustn’t justify war goal or join factions before 1941.
21. Germans mustn’t declare war on CCCP otherwise than through focus.
22. Soviet mustn’t sell tank licenses to allies and neutral countries.
23. Germans can’t send submarines to Asia unless they control South Africa or Suez Canal.
24. You can play New Zeland only if Australia and UK approve it.
25. You mustn’t invade Switzerland, Ireland, Afghanistan, Turkey and Sweden.
26. Japan mustn’t send neither units nor fleets to Europe.
27. Germany mustn’t avoid taking ‘Polesie’ and ‘Bessarabia’.
28. Whole axis has to be called into the war with CCCP at its first day.
29. Nukes mustn’t be used before 1944.
