"Veteran Training Program" is a mod which made change about unit training level. This is !More Unit Levels – Extended range compatible mod.

• Units from bootcamp now can be train directly to the highest level.
• Deployed units if not veteran can be train to the highest level.

This mod is compatible with
!More Unit Levels – Extended range
Because this mod is made for it.

Remember this is NOT achievement compatible
