Road to 56 Submod: Man the Guns Compatibiltiy

This is a submod for Road to 56 that makes it compatible with the Man the Guns DLC.
What it does:
– Adds back in all the focus trees from the Man the Guns DLC
– Adds back in all the flags from the Man the Guns DLC
– Adds back in all the Ideas from the Man the Guns DLC
– Adds back in the history files from the Man the Guns DLC
– Adds back in all the Events from the Man the Guns DLC
– Adds back in all the Decisions from the Man the Guns DLC
– Adds in custom game rules for AI focuses path choosing for the DLC nations (I couldn’t replace the original ones as it would also replace all the countries options), this also means that the original ones no longer work
Basically adds back in the DLC.
