Description:

Uses the new define for BASE_FUEL_GAIN_PER_OIL = 2, — base amount of fuel gained hourly per excess oil
changes it to 4

Example 16 fuel without any upgrades in base game would give you 969 per day oil, with the change the oil will double to 1.8k per day
