Did you ever wanted to play as a puppet master in HOI 4 or have many ahistorical subjects.
Well now you can!
This mod adds 742 fictional countries for every state in the game. It also adds flags for every one of these nations.
I’ve made this mod using a C# program I’ve created myself.

Random Ideologies
Random Names
Random Flags
Localisation in German and English
The 1939 Start is not supported.
Bugs:
colors: I don’t know why all countries change color. If somebody knows how to fix this, please write it in the comments.
No National focuses: I can’t make a program that creates a "good" national focus, that is good and also functional but I recommend a mod that makes the generic national focus better 🙂
