* Pruned some Romanian ahistorical focuses (under game rule). Changed HM Loyal Government and the industry tree not to require the ahistorical branch.
* Tweaked NF layouts to work with ahistorical focus game rule.
* Prevented AI from creating collaboration governments like crazy.
* Incorporated changes from 1.9.1 beta as of 11.03.2020.
* Buffed concentrated industry branch: 20%->25% more slots with each level.
* Rough balancing of ARM variant suppression values to get them in line with base model values. Also fixed an old outlier of SPAA getting free 50% SA.
* Added forgotten port of vanilla buff to AMARM armor (10->20, 60->80).
* Streamlined LSPAA cost to align them with base LARM costs to make them more worthwhile.
* Brought AMARM speed to conform with the old mod version’s overall division speed change.
* Made support resistance effects last 180 days instead of being indefinite as a stopgap.
* Made synthetic rubber and aluminum plant possible to sabotage.
* Changed no AI planes feature into game rule.
* Added speed 0.5 as a test, shifted all other speeds one bucket up (speed 5 still unbound).
* Fixed previous buff to electronics designer not applying for certain countries.
* Incorporated changes from 1.9.1 beta as of 18.03.2020.
* Changed vanilla operative for faction member-IC scaling from 0/0.25/0.5<->0/10/50 to 0/0.25/0.5/0.75/1<->0/10/20/50/100.
* Adjusted GiE airwing creation and division training XP levels to match extended number of XP levels in the mod.
* Change production category of Armoured Cars to Infantry from Tanks.
* Fixed wrongly positioned label of Special Forces in tech tree.
* Remove collaboration government event spam (still possible to create collaboration governments by decision).
