Instant Buildings
This mod changes the building times of all buildings with the exception of forts and their upgrades (for balance reasons) to 1 day. Forts are, however, massively discounted from their base cost. Additionally for balance, factory conversion and repair factors are still present but halved.
This change edits the cost of buildings so it does affect the AI, however the AI does not realize the change has taken place so while it will affect their buildings, their behavior and thus play-style is largely if not entirely unaffected.
