Stop your allies from crowding fronts in three ways:

• avoid a country on your side: stop sending troops to borders controlled by this country
• avoid a country not on your side: stop sending troops against borders controlled by this country
• avoid a state: stop sending troops to fronts that include this state

• Border avoidance is accessed through a diplomatic action.
• See in-game tooltips for more.

• Not achievement compatible.
• Multiplayer compatible.
