Mod Description

First, I am not an English speaking person and can not speak English. This mod is a simple submod, but there may be grammatically incorrect English. I’ll fix it if you point.

Novum Vexillum: Mandate of Heaven is a submod for rework NV’s East Asia. Mandate of Heaven has added an entirely new national focus for China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos and revised the states of mainland China and Taiwan.

Must be run with original Novum Vexillum.

Country Data
– The 2000 scenario changed Mongolia’s political ideology from conservatism to socialism.
– Changed Singapore’s leader to Lee Hsien Loong.
– North Korea was changed to a fascist country, not a communist country, and Kim Jong-il was deleted from the 2000 scenario and changed to Kim Yong-nam, then president of North Korea.
– Cambodia’s political ideology has changed from conservatism to nationalism.
– In the 2000 scenario, South Korea’s political ideology changed from social liberalism to conservatism. And the South Korea’s political ideology in the 2016 scenario changed from conservatism to market liberalism.
– added 2000 Taiwan presidential election event. After this election event, Lee Teng-hui retires.
– A new country ‘Taiwan’ has been added. It uses the country tag ‘TWN’ and does not have a core in mainland China. (‘Taiwan(TWN)’ uses different tags from Republic of China(CHI))
– Now Tibet and Uyghur exist as puppet countries in China at the start of the game. Its national names are Xizang Autonomous Region (Tibet) and Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (Uyghur).
– Some of the leaders of China, South Korea, Taiwan, North Korea, Cambodia, and Singapore now get their own traits.
– Added new name data for Uyghur, Laos, Cambodia, China and Taiwan
– Now Taiwan have four states and Tibet have two states. The states of Inner Mongolia, Manchuria, and North China have been modified.
– The name of South Korea’s state has been modified.
– Singapore now uses the same name data as China.

Game Blance
– China’s Army and Navy doctrines have been changed.
– Unique idea has been added so that North Korea can use more manpower.
– Add Navy to Vietnam.
– Add names to Chinese naval warships, and increase the number of navies to match reality.
– The number of factories in Taiwan, South Korea, and China has increased.
– Modified the game AI in China. Now, China will try harder to raise a larger navy than it used to.
– South Korea’s military strength was so strong that there was a balance problem in which South Korea pushed China seriously alone when the war broke out. South Korea now begins with an idea that significantly reduces the division’s offensive and defensive capabilities at the start of the game. This idea can be deleted through decisions.

Graphics
– For East Asian countries, portraits of completely new spies, politicians, army generals, and naval generals have been added.
– The portraits of some East Asian leaders have been modified.
– Unique emblems have been added to political parties in some East Asian countries. (Taiwan, South Korea, North Korea, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Tibet, Uyghur)

National Focus
– Focus in China has been completely reworked. To make the game more interesting through World War III, the Peaceful Rise focus has been deleted, (but I thinking about adding it again through patches afterwards. It’s not decided at the moment.)
– Focus has been added for Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.

Other
– If China were to go to war with India or the United States, player would see unique news.
