The tree replaces the generic focus tree but if you’re playing a country which has a personalised tree, you can choose to use the new one at the start of the game, or even give it to everyone.
You can use the console to remove the starting national spirits, with : remove_ideas "the spirit tag".

A lot of the bonuses are gradual and depend on your population, so that tiny Malta will not receive as many factories as big India.
Compatible with Global Conflict, and generally any novum submod .
