In this mode you have a lot of decisions to improve any part of your country from construction speed through agency to army, naval, air

now there are 46 decisions.
This mod is Ironman compatible(if you dont want to change settings in middle of a game ) but not achievement compatible.

AI can use it if you choose button "Everyone" in starting event called "Leader School Settings"

ID of SP/MP settings: leaders_school.1
Singleplayer – next settings will be shown(permission on who will use the decisions)
Multiplayer- HOST/GUEST decision in which if you are host you wil get settings and if you are guest you will get just the notification settings

ID of permission settings: leaders_school.3
Everyone – means everyone even AI
No one – no one will get them
Players – only non_ai countries have access

ID of dificulty settings: leaders_school.4
Easy – lower amount of resources and time you need to spend
Normal – middle between hard/easy
Hard – higher amount of resources and time you need to spend
Cheat- no cost you will get the traits free(next decision MAX/BY LEVEL Cheat)

ID of notification settings: leaders_school.8
Yes – will show you notification after every leaders graduation
No – notifications will be turned off

settings can be called in middle of the game by this command: event leaders_school.1

How to merge 2 mods in to 1 (solution for problem when the mods dont merge by Paradox Launcher)

1. Go to C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent3943602545036868 and copy everything but(descriptor.mod, thumbnail.png).
(Steam folder location can differ. First number is HOI4 Workshop and the next is number of my mod)

2. Then find mod you want to merge it with in the same folder of HOI4 …394360…
(for example 2856963714 – end of the new beginning the number is in URL after the ?id="…")

3.Paste the copied mod and then you are DONE
(if you want to have separated mods with and without my mod just create your own in Paradox Launcher)

How to create your own mod
1.Click on "All installed mods" then "Upload mod" then "Create" (write some informations needed about it and create)

2.Go to the created directory shown under the name and just paste copied merged files (those 2 mods you put together)

3. You are DONE (mod should be visible in Paradox Launcher)
