An Expansion for Denmark
Currently in the mod:
-A new custom focus tree for Denmark that gives the player multiple options including:
-A communist Branch. – spread the revolution
-A Fascist branch. Focusing on taking revenge on our former enemies
-A Socialist Sub Democratic Branch focusing on industry and the people
-A conservative subbranch with its own 3 sub branches:
-A subbranch focusing on international relations and seeking friends abroad
-A subbranch allowing for an alliance between the Nordic Countries
-A subbranch forcing Denmark into a state of armed neutrality
-And a non-aligned / monarch branch with visions to retake old territories
-And of course an industrial tree, and an army/navy/air force branch.
-National Spirits
-Events
-New leaders and Generals
-New advisors, designers, high command, theorists and more.
-The sea zones Danish Belts and lower Baltic sea has been changed to better represent reality, furthermore the strait of "The Danish Belts" has been changed and no longer require control of Copenhagen, and some of the neighboring provinces. Thus a new strait has been added (Kattegat) that will regulate access between the Lower Baltic sea, and The Danish Belts (renamed to kattegat).
Everything (historical) has been researched via books and online media, published by the Danish government, or private contributors, this includes Division placement and starting national spirits. The choices are based on what happened historically. All leaders and generals are real ones brought into the game. The added advisors’ traits are based on their historical part before and doing World War 2.
Plans for the future:
-A more in-depth cooperation government with Germany mechanic, it currently works, but i plan on adding new focus trees for "Free Denmark", and the cooperation government in mainland Denmark.
Compatibility:
-Game Version 1.13.6
-Should work with other mods, as long as they don’t change Denmark in any way, you should be fine.
-Works with and without any of the DLCs (no issues have been discovered so far) Do note i test and mod mainly for the DLCs as I have all of them myself. But i will try and make it work without them.
Please note:
-I don’t have a lot of time so there might be some time between updates.
-I am not a native English speaker (I am Danish), grammatical errors may occur.
-I have tried to make it balanced and somewhat realistic, but mostly fun and entertaining.
