Description:

This is a personal mod I use when playing HOI, it has a few beneficial decisions that let you use excess command power and experience as buffs, as well as some new decisions for subjects and overlords. As a bonus, it also removes the annoying debug decision categories if you’re playing in debug mode like I usually do.

This mod is provided as is. It’s unlikely that I’ll be expanding it or even updating it, but it should work for a long time before being broken, hope you enjoy.
