More Military Commands
Adds 26 NEW Army Decisions!
Use these Military Commands wisely, it can change the outcome
of the war drasticly.
The commands are perhaps not perfectly balanced, but can make wars a bit more exiting.
This mod also tries to balance doctrines other than superior firepower, for example if you get "Planned Offensive" from the Grand Battleplan doctrine, you get a decision to direct factories towards entrenching, giving massive defensive boosts.
