注意！该mod仅适用于苏联历史线，即中间派，如果想走左派和右派或者沙俄的话要记得关掉这个mod

现在派系斗争事件不会激活偏执度，派系斗争事件现在会跳过所有偏执度国策

大清洗不会发生，也没有人会被洗（除了托洛茨基，你还是得干掉他来去掉debuff）
